To fix the windows you have to type "mat_specular 0" without the quotes into the console. Hope it helped.

help pls the windows are whiter than michael jackson when they are broken they appear normal but when they are unbroken its like neon white.

I've heard that some addons break reflections. Try disabling them all, restart GMod, and try the map again.
