Call me dummy, but I think that it should be written somewhere that we can put more than 3 skill points in the skill dumps.
BUT !
I am now using your other mod with 3 skill points per level and loving it !!!
Nevertheless I have one small, tiny ... suggestion (?)

This Mod gives 4 skills / level and a Skill Dump at level 25 for both Lords and Heroes
for Lords is OK
for Heroes however, not :since all of them have consumed past lvl 18 all allowed skill points and need the continuous "ignore skills" till they reach lvl 25; or disable "unused skill points" on campaign map.
- So "just do that",well... I do that, and loose track of most Lords and Heroes with unused skill points...
- however !
- For the previous game (Total War: Warhammer ) Radious submods offered the "Skill Dump" from the very beginning , at turn 1, level 1 for Lords and Heroes eliminating any annoying situations...
- could this be implemented in this sub-mod ? Skill Dump at level 15 (for instance) ?
Otherwise this mod is great !

Waiting is over! Today is update release day! After a week of hard work and a lot (and we mean a lot) of sleepless nights we are finally ready to share the newest batch of good stuff with You. This includes all of the usual suspects, like full support and rebalance of new features, units and lords from the DLC, FLC and Empire Undivided patch; but also some smaller and bigger tweaks. All additions have been brought in line with our custom content and we’ve done everything we could to once again give the game that famous Radious feeling.

It needs to go to your warhammer ii data folder
Delete this folder.
Then verify file integrity through Steam for any Total War launcher using game - checking WH2 will of course work, then it should redownload after verifying."
Mods will work fine afterwards, it did for me.
Got the same problem with tier 4 settlements it wont show, same with fake skillpoint dump sub mod. It wont show. :/
I use radious and the community framework mod and GCCC custom assets I think It's called.
