earnings are OP, for 1000k investment you get insta-rich wages... I think wages should be nerfed, something like:
1st grade: half the janitor wage
2nd grade: 3k hours of experience and 1,5 janitor wage
3d grade: 5k hours of experience and 4 genitor wage
4th grade: 10k hours and OP earnings, AND i don't know if possible, but one should not get this job only if you meet hours requirements, i think you should get only a very low chance to get this job...
