Yup. There's alot of stuff that makes it feel just so unfinished. Two harbors is comically just one fucking building, Avalon is just plain boring and a grid, when IRL it's got way more too it, not to mention a larger marina. There's summer camps and marine isntitutes on the island with their own private lagoons/bays. The map as a whole also kind of doesn't match the terrain IRL. Most of the coast needs to be far steeper, And quite a few notable landmarks like Lionhead point just don't exist.
Maybe when it's safe to travel I could trek across the island and grab some reference photos since I'm in SoCal
