If I can't get the modded textures to work properly then I could just use the vanilla horse texture and maybe add the modded ones later if I get them to work.

Did a bit of experimentation and it seems to be a format issue, the picture has the texture and a alpha channel where only the texture is needed.

When I removed the alpha channel the modded textures worked, but they aren't applied to the model correctly so it looks a bit weird.

I got the textures to show, but not the ones of the mod, I copied the original horse textures over the modded ones and it worked like that, I think what I'll do is remake the modded textures to work on my system.

I think the modded textures may be too big or something and fails to load on my system.
I wouldn't like to use textures that don't work on my system, even if they work on other people's systems, I count my system as kind of like the minimum system requirements to run on, so if it doesn't work on mine then I won't expect it to work on others.

Unfortunately whenever I try that mod the horses appear untextured to me, so until I can fix that or it is fixed by the author I won't be adding the horses, right now I don't have a lot of time to try and fix it. Maybe in my next holiday.

I know horses don't seem the best meat option xD. But I mean, in AoM everything is edible: hyenas, wolves, rhinos, bears, lions and a long etc... Thank you again!

I don't really think about adding new animals, the original plan was to just make the herdable animals that already existed (pigs, goats and cows at that time) trainable, until the Tale of the Dragon expansion came, where I wasn't aware of the new herdable animal - the yak - until I was notified of it but that still counts since it is a herdable animal in the game.

The other animals could be added, I would essentially just need to clone each animal and make them herdable. So I guess I could add the other animals, but I doubt I would ever add an animal that isn't already in the game unless I make the models myself or I get someone else to make the models.

Now has herdable chickens. It doesn't change the regular chickens though so only the chickens you train are herdable.
Also it now makes a sound when an animal is trained. :)

Or the game complains because the mod may be taking long to load or something.
But I can't fix that since the files I modify are big anyway, since I need to copy the original and just make the changes I want (such as making the animals trainable and setting their build costs).

The modifications themselves are tiny, it's just the original files that are huge by comparison.

As far as I know the game gives that message for old mods so that people don't keep subsribing to old (and probably broken) mods.
It may be giving that message for my mod since I keep some of the older files for compatibility, so poeple who don't have the Tale of the Dragon expansion will still be able to use the mod they just won't have the expansion's units (So they won't be able to train the Yak for example). I do this for both the Tale of the Dragon expansion and the Titans expansion. That's why this mod is so big (About 10 MB).

If you play the "Fall of the Trident" campaign you will see that you won't be able to train the yak. That's because the the campaigns actually use the files for their respective expansion (as far as I know, I don't actually know how the game handles it, it's just how I think it handles it).

So no, it's not a virus.

Has someone had odd messages saying "the mod is broken you should unsuscribe..." in any other game? Could it be a virus or something (I mean the message)? I tried to find in google similar things and I couldn't find anything yet.

My brother had the same problem with the weird message and after he chose the restart option it didn't give any problems after, let me know if this doesn't work for you, there's probably not really much that I can actually do about it though since I don't really know for sure what is causing it.

And the chicken thing is not a bad idea, I'll look into when I have the time (which will definitely be within this week)

don't worry , the "passing throught the wall" is an in game bug witch i like to exploit . When one of my units goes throught a enemy wall i imiditly move amies throught it and surprise them

Yes, It gives me te option. As I said, I couldn't notice anything wrong. But that message was kind of weird. I even was a little scared, but anyway. I'll continue testing the mod. And well, if you don't mind I have a suggestion: can you add chickens in the mod? I mean, to have the full farm. I know they can't be controlled, but they just could spawn and stay near to the building, like well, being chickens... Thanks for your time.

Does it give you an option to restart the game or continue?
If it does then just say restart and it should be fine after that.

As for the unlimited Greek heroes, I mentioned before that I just removed all the build limits, I could re-add them for just for those units though. I can't really fix the big armies not being able to go through gates well. I just sent one army through at a time or made multiple gates.

And I noticed that some units went through the walls, this is probably a bug in the game itself that only manifested itself once there was more units than the game normally handled. I think all the units somehow push some other units through the walls. Or the units somehow "doesn't see" the wall.

Hey buddy! What's going on? I entered to the game and a message appears. It says that I should unsuscribe of this mod, that's broken... But I tried and I didn't notice anything wrong...

I still testing it. Right now I haven't found anything important. Just a couple of questions: 1. I can do unlimited greek heroes (and I don't complain at all), but, was it planned? 2. The armies or huge groups of units have troubles to pass a gate; they just can't (and I have to destroy the gate or wall, or passing them one by one) or they pass across the wall (like ghosts or something). You made a great job anyway.
