Would be great if this also applies to the studies in Town Hall
Eg: CPA, Bar Exam, Alcoholic rehab, Smokers Rehab, etc.

Glad you like it. I did a test run yesterday evening and even with a 50% time reduction, education is still tedious. It's bearable though and it probably should feel a bit tedious if you have to work part-time/full-time during the semester.

Given that all education is halved, not only university degrees benefit from it but also lesser education.

If you have any ideas what to add/change, please tell me!

Thank you! I am having my character work on his degree in finance while managing a security company and I am only at 18% done with his degree!
