nah, it's an acronym for the the way VermillionboulderIndividual aka redstoneman described my first proper jet. turned it into a manufacturer for my original plane designs, much like Audarri for my cars.

Anyway, I assume it's Radar Cross-Section rather than Reaction Control System as this is not a spacecraft.
