First Room:
The panels used to angle the pellet look a tad strange. Have you tried an actual panel itself?
There isn't any form of indicator line from the catcher to the door, while it is obvious, it's still nice to include it.
The platform that you land to get the portal gun looks horrendous. Use a 256 glass panel instead. Also, the rail platform used to go up seems to be the PeTI model and not the standerd model. (Also took a little long to come down.)
The cube dropper also seems to be clipping into the wall a bit. Put it 32 units away from the wall to fix this.
What I don't understand is why have the cube in an observation room. What's wrong with it being dispensed normally. Or, to save space, put it in the portal gun dropper as well.
The map was also FAR shorter than the previous one. And the fade to black didn't work. Neither did the vote screen.
