hi, glad you enjoy the mod, though as of right now the mod is currently only being updated to fix "fixable" bugs, as said below in previous comments issues do exist with hydrogen can get mixed up by the thrusters. as far as im aware this is unfixable because of the way keen software handles its gas system and fixing it would require rewriting a custom system that could break mod compatibility all together.

Great to see that there are many people out there pointing at the H2 thrusters working in space without an oxygen supply, and now someone who has gone a large step further and made a thing to match the thoughts. My thoughts went straight to early stages of a game and being to extract O2 from the air and use it to run scram jets, limited use but you don't need H2. Great job mate.

Hi I no longer develop for space engineers so this mod is as it stands abandoned as for the bugs you are having they are realating to keen software houses gas system and the way crafts convay them ive already tried to fix this before but it would require keen to rewrite there system to support both if i were to do that it would break a lot of mod compatibility.

Problem: on old crafts hydrogen for some reason defined as fuel FOR every thruster including thrusters that use only O2...

Bug coment:: tested O2 RCS mod: same problem... If you want to use O2 thrusters you must build new creation from zero. On you crafts made without this mod thrusters will not work... More than sure that this mod have same the same solution. Or may be any one now how to completly reload the building?

Bug found unable to use oxygen thrusters on smal ships if Generator H/O is not working (vents and tanks with oxygen are ignored by thrusters)

havent been able to test yet but they use a very basic gas system so they should work regardless of update in less Keensoftware decided to remake the gas propertys

Yes they can be used like that, that the intended use

can the thruster(s) run with just a vent set to depressurize? Od would I still need a tank?

if you took the time to read the previous comment and the post time of this addon a bug with the way space engineers processes gas propertys does not allow it to use both oxygen and hydrogen as a gas so instead of having them act as different resources they act as one so this mod overrights the hydrogen thrusters default gas so they use oxygen this is a bug with the space engineers API

The thrusters work but they override hydrogen thrusters so hydrogen thrusters will use the same fuel (Oxygen) this is a keensoftware house bug and i cant do anything about it at this time

Yeah while messing around in a survival world hydrogen thrusters will end up using the fuel from a oxygen tank

This mod uses the same files as the original mod adding them to the same game will cause conflictions

thats actually a game bug, the issue will follow here to :P

i reported the bug to keen many many times if the bug is still there it means they acknowledged and ignred my calls to fix for over a year ago.

will this work side by side with hydrogen thrusters? The original mod would use hydrogen if it was anywhere on the same grid.
