Yes, you can for private use, but if you want to publish as another format you must credit me and mentioned that I gave you permissions.

As for Roblox, I saw someone made their own version of Jupiter, but see if it's free download or not

If you really want the 2003 ver, go and ask other Gmod modellers and porters make it for you, there are a lot of talented 3D people out there!

If you still can't load the model, try downloading it in DeviantART, unzip then put the models and materials on SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod .......

This and the other Fireman Sam vehicles are props and seperate parts, but they can be made driveable by using SCar editor (except for Trevor's Bus which is now one single prop)

I remember watching a short when I was little. It was an extra on a Thomas dvd, and similar to TUGS or Bertha, despite definitely being no Thomas the Tank Engine, it's certainly interesting and a good alternative if trains aren't you thing.

@duncanarrowsmith : You can, at the moment it's possible for you to load bodies and wheels then assemble it and make it drivable, I recommend you to get SCar Editor for this.
