Hi Rc those that have downloaded map can get server no prob but those that dont server locks out and resets to Ministry will try and get some logs for you

We are cyurrently running Airport and Garage alleys on our server 45.121.209.47:27556 no probs so far but will let you Know if probs arise

Yes it's solo if you're on your PC but playable with others on a server. If you need anything else let me know.

Ya I know Left for Dead 2 has some nice maps, I don't do this full time so you'll have to wait. Let me know which one you think I should start with. Keep in mind just because you like the map in L4D2 that it won't be the same in Insurgency

I realize some of these Left for Dead maps may be causing server crashes so please if you can send me the error in the server logs so I can determine what’s causing it. With your help these maps get better all the time.

I just tested this map on my server running the Death Squad theatre and I was watching the log. I changed the map to it and from it and back again without issue. If it's crashing for you then It must be something your running.

Well, that sucks because I tested it on servers it was crashing on and it works fine. You need to give me more than just "glow". if you can repeat it send me what the server log says and what map you're switching from?

@R-C-MAN - Just tested again, crashes on all my Windows server instances, and not once on my Linux. Donno at this point - I have tested it with and without my custom theater, running bare minimum modifications, and it still just conks out. The last thing I can see before it crashes is something with the word "glow" in it. Probably no help, but I'm dying to get these working.

RC thanks for the fix update my servers are not crashing anymore! :) its a fun map to play.....we appreciate your quick turn around for a fix on your maps and the hard work you put into it!

@R-C-MAN - I tried to add you earlier today, or yesterday to let you know I am getting crashing also on most of your L4D maps on my servers. My servers run Windows Server editions, in one form or another and it would load the map once, then go to another map, then load it back up, it would crash, always on the second load. So I went ahead and installed Linux on one of my boxes and it would not crash no matter how many times I changed it or reloaded the map. So in short, whatever linux SRCDS is doing, is voiding out a possible error? or something? that Windows srcds locks up on.

my 5 servers keep crashing 110% when switch to this map.. and i checked all 3x if all ok in settings/setup..

Yes it has a nav Mesh and it's a COOP map only. If you subscribe to it you can play it.

Does this have proper nav_mesh, and what modes does it support?
or is it PvP only?
And it seams everyone must download it and it works fine with map command, no coping required.

I am not sure what you're trying to do, if you join a public server that is hosting the map you can play with your friends. I don't know of any other way you can play unless you host your own server and people connect to it. You would need to copy the map to the Insurgency/map directory and everyone who connected would need to have it on their local computer. Hope that helps.

How do I get this to work using listenserver? like make party with friend, bring down console, heartbeat, password, map l4d_airport_terminalb1, enter. Friend can't join up using connect command. Works on build in maps though.

If you want to play by yourself then subscribe to the map, run the game open the console with the ~ key and type map l4d_airport_terminalb1 If you want to play with friends then you need to join a server with the map being hosted.
