I really like the colour scheme on this, the slight bronze tone of the brown, and the olive-green. The slightly cartooney bread tumors look really neat, and shiny.
Just one thing: Could you try and make the white part of the war paint a different colour?
I blame it on how Valve set up the MediGun, specifically those straps wrapping around the front tubing; too many decorated MediGun skins I've seen since Gun Mettle are frankly ruined by those strips being plain white or some other clashing colour that smothers the pattern below.
Unless the white part is supposed to evoke the colour of the monsterbread's teeth. Maybe add a pointy teeth pattern in the white part, showing white teeth on a darker background?
I love everything about it and want it in-game.
