Its not a bad building but it goes over the top of roads on a 4x4 plot.

This shouldn't be in low density residential. Author also said they were going to change it to low density commercial which it shouldn't be either.

I'm sorry. This is too large and doesnt fit 4x4 squares. Its allso a too large for a low density residential house.
