The workshop aggrement is the reason I haven't uploaded my maps. This said nothing will stop you from login into the EcG server to get the newest none workshop version.
Here is the servers IP. 66.150.121.181:27015. Once the map is played you download 3 files a bsp, nav, and txt file. Simply make a generic kv file and your set. Here is all my maps if want to nominate them in the server.

This map is very difficult as it pushes the limites of the engine. In my CSS remke I had to use every trick I know to get it within the integer limits on face sides, brush limits, and majorly reduce the area using skybox to keep performance up. Getting the peformance up enough to remove skybox fog is still going to be tricky.
