Report a translation problem
You can download anything on the Workshop and use it in your game as long as custom parts you don't have access to were used - could be that you don't have Parts Craft or that specific part was deleted. If it's just missing DLC, download the edit and clone in Edit Mode, then remove/replace anything on all appearances and the moveset that shows in red text. That's tedious in bulk, though.
You're welcome to use my formulas [drive.google.com] as bases for no DLC versions if you ever want to make your own and upload to Steam.
