No, they are are different 'flavours' of the same mod. The bloom version adds a subtle bloom effect but is otherwise the same as the standard version. The dark nights version is the same as the standard but reduced night brightness.

@badyniusz It's one of the downfalls of filmic. Some objects get overfaded and bright. The SCS climate system isn't powerful enough for me to do any more, sadly. Remember's it's not ENB or Reshade.
