Another idea that would be a good medieval primary is a sort of 10 shot balista for the heavy. Its a huge cannon like thing that the heavy has to crank to shoot and cant move while doing so but can still turn. The upside is that each shot does 20x the damage that a regular shot does. This wouldnt be effective as a main weapon so the heavy would still have to rely on his fists(or other).
stats:
-Cannot move while firing
-10 shots per magazine(3 magazines total[can be varried])
+Does 20 times the damage of a regular shot
-arrows take time to fly
-long reload

If you guys actually knew how the pyro's flamethrower works, you'd know that it shoots fuel into a broken pilot light, or in this case, one disguised as a candle. It probably wouldn't catch fire because the fire is OUTSIDE of the flamethrower.

You know, I know Valve decides these things, but I think these stats could work.
+ 10% faster movement speed
+ 10% more afterburn damage
- Can't airblast
- 25% damage penalty
- Explodes after running out of ammo, dealing heavy damage to you and anyone nearby.
! Can be used in Medeival mode
