Don't actually type "-KEY-" you idiots, type the actual key binding, like mouse3 for the mousewheel.
You can fix it by adding this to the code:
ent.Primary.DefaultClip = 0
ent.Secondary.DefaultClip = 0
ent:SetClip1(wep:Clip1())
ent:SetClip2(wep:Clip2())
(ent being the dropped weapon entity and wep being the weapon the player is holding and is about to drop.)
