Well it's that Top Rated, Trending, and whatever the last one is, that's under the dupes tab. You're right, it's not exactly a proper browser but I don't really know what to call it. It's a pain in the ass to have to sift through it but eventially you will find it.

Oh and if you do happen to find out an easier way, PLEASE let me know because this has been bugging me for a long time.

Haha don't worry dude I don't think you're new to GMOD, honestly I really hate how I can never find dupes I've downloaded. What I usually do is go for a mad search through the crappy in game dupe browser for the one I downloaded, copy it, and save it as one of my dupes so I never have to search for it again
