The mod isn't working for me for some reason. The AI is still amassing fleets of hundreds, and I can still merge fleets above 50 ships.

Hahaha, thanks. My mods may be simple, but they're things I personally like seeing in the game. Things to make variety and some interesting effects happen.

Dragon of desire, would like to update of what happens in my games, take nsc, take this mod, and other nice couple, now expect huge fleets with complexive power up to 2 milions, right two milions... when several fleets that goes from 100k to 500k each, and not even full to 50 ships each, smash each other, wars becoming real hell, when with other mod i can see, empires can lose up to 1000 ships and even more, situations like ww1 and the blitzkrieg from ww2 happen on daily basis. and doomstaks are a long story of the past.

No problem, also it's number of ships, not the fleet size (battleships are 1, not 8 for instance). It's 50 ships total. I was relatively sure FEs also follow this, too...

There's a situation in the game where you can group two fleets together if one fleet is just below 50 and the other fleet would put the new fleet just above 50. For example, you could have a fleet of 48, and merge it with one cruiser, which is 4, giving you a fleet of 52, you could then make this new fleet as large as you want. Sometimes the AI does this and gets fleets way larger than the limit.

Also, fallen empires have their fleets already spawned in, so their fleets are much larger than 50, I don't know if this is the case with crisises.

Lastly this mod breaks the fleet manuevers event, since the fleet power required is proportional to your total military power, and you could only use one fleet to complete the event.

Sorry for the long post, but these are all the problems I've encountered while playing with this mod.

Hello! Thank you for the mod! There's an issue when you land more than 50 armies in a planet. When you embark them, the excedent armies above #50 just disappear. They remain in the Outliner but cannot be selected anymore.

couldnt thank u more for this mod, too bad only 4 stars, extremly underrated, this mod, is so awesome, that now AI, launch parallel attacks on scale, and when u see huge fleet, u know is gonna be a huge massacre, but not only in 1 huge battle but during long time of periods, even if one empire badly loses, it doesnt go to 0 fleet, it stll stay extremly flexible, even able to counter attack aswell, i hope if 2.0 doesnt goes well the mod will be updated somehow :steamhappy:

It doesn't require any translating. All it is is a single config line change in the defines file! There's absolutely no need for any translations at all.

Looks cool as hell, but i was wondering, does it limit Navy cap? like, 25 destroyers per fleet

This mod is great, it has room for so many strategies, finally i can say bye bye to stacks and fight multiple fronts, for example now in a game a federation was forming around me, with your mod i can fight multiple fronts, it feels so great, at least +50% more fun only with your mod, thx buddy

Just letting you know, I love this mod. It requires you to make reserve units and draws out wars. I got tired of the doomstacks and just instantly winning. Something I noticed in my game is that it seems like the AI makes strike fleets as well and tries to raid behind your battle lines.

Unfortunately, no. This is just a single line in the defines; there is no line that decides number of fleets you can have.

Couldn’t you also add a limit to the number of fleets you can have as well?
Example
10 Fleets of 50 ships = 500 ships in total
I think this might help the mod better, instead of having a billion fleets of 50 ships piece.

And that's why I don't play with the Star Wars mod, unfortunately. It makes you and you alone OP as hell. Try ISBS or NSC, whcih gives the new ship types to all AI.

And yeah, you can make as many fleets as you want, but the're all capped to 50 ships each.

IT makes space forts, forts again and with the Star wars mod it makes the Imperial Star Destroyer scary as it should be. Although one tiny issue is that the Ai needs something to throw against a SSD, cuase most of their fleets are just 20-30k fleet strength, and a SSD is like 200-300k with a normal ISD fleet which is round 70k-100k fleet Strength thats like 400k-600k with 50 ships Stream rolling the Ai BUT at lest the SSD and ISD takes sooo long to build. Over all great mod 10/10

There is also need to be a forced admiral per fleet otherwise this can be worked around with 50 different admiraless fleets, and once that happens adding a cap on admirals so you dont just have like 20 admirals 3 researchers and 1 governer
