Well you're right he does seem to appear randomly around skyrim but I gathered this is how he "knows much" from his travels. Last I seen him he was chillin' out with some revelers' pounding down some Honningbrew Mead. Which I added to a quick video. I'll shorten it and add it here. And yes it probably would be nice to actually see him travel from city to city.

Great! Nothing better than hearing M'aiq mutter about calipers while chasing a frost troll down a mountain.

He's fully voiced according to the original Skyrim M'aiq character. No additional voice material was added save for what already existed. Only M'aiq can voice M'aiq ;-)

Is he fully voiced with the vanilla M'aiq quotes?
