I think the problem could have been with killcount? Maybe not but either way I updated the killcount name to be less generic just in case.

It's probably a mod conflict, as I have a bunch of other mods installed. My apologies.

I found a bug. I picked up leprosy in one run, not this item, and when I shot enemies white creep spawned below me like like I had this item instead...

That's odd. Just tested it again and it works fine. It must have been some weird interaction with another mod. Could you try changing the parts in the main.lua that say "killcount" with "killnumberthing" or something more unique. There might be another mod you have that uses kill count? Not sure.

I love the concept of this mod, but I just ran into an issue with it during my run. I got the + 1 HP, + 1.5 Damage, and -.1 Speed, but no matter how many enemies I killed it never spawned a friendly walking boil.
