Unfortunately this map also doesn't work for me, crashes when I start it, i7-13700kf 128gb ram 24gb 3090ti. By all means this map should run, not sure what is causing the crashing, and I bought a DLC for this too, so anyone else thinking about doing that shouldn't lol.

I love this map, but even on my elite tier build (5950x + 32 Gb ram) Turns would take up to 3 mins past turn 50.

What happens is, I Load this Map, then Click Start.
I don't even get to the Select AI for myself, and the game crashes to DT.

Still Crashes the game on Start with my new system. and my system Can Handle Insane Maps.

Thanks... I had an AlienWare Area 51 when I posted this. 32 Gig of Ram, 12 Gig Video Ram, and a 16 Core Processor. I run Insane Maps all the time, but even then, the progressive lag build up slows the game way down.
This map however was crashing that system on Game Start...
I just got an Arora? when I get a chance, I will try it on this machine.

@rdoughlass1 it does take a very beefy computer to run this map as it has a very large number of stars and is the max map size

which galaxy is the human start? is human start position unique for player civ or is it civ 1 (human player) start position, civ 2 (first ai)...etc? thanks

Nice, I did something similar with a map I made. Its only has four galaxies with one being almost consumed by its super blackhole. Its in a large map so I was thinking of remaking it on a much larger map just for the distance factor. I honestly feel like there should be a very real huge distance between galaxies which will also make it much harder to expand into other galaxies.

Anyway this is a very nice looking map.
