I can kinda see why they didn't go with this as a weapon
Only being able to jump while firing the huntsman seems like a very situational weapon. Without the huntsman, this thing would've had a bad weapon academy video on it.

Make another mod: an Arrows that the Sniper can use as a Melee Weapon, here are its disadvantages:
Takes out 1 arrow from quiver to use as melee weapon.
therefore -1 arrow, also you must have the huntsman equipped to use.
Advanteges: Extra Damgae, can be used as an arrows and then retrieve from the dead guy you just killed.
Description: I don't even need a Kukri to kill you! I just need one of my arrows.

Most People don't spend alot of time in the air, especially as a sniper, maybe it would be nice if it let you fire arrows while under water as well.

wow, nice looking boots. but i think that in adiction to fire arrows mid-air, this could also give the sniper more speed while aiming with the rifles or with the huntsman
