To go to the chopper you need to go into the kind of garage at the top of the builing next to the aircraft.
If I unlimite the time in the heli, you could stay indefenitely. And when all your bots/friends who are still at floor will die, the anti-cheat system of L4D2 will make you hurt by invisible zombies and spitter's acid !
There is this anti-cheat system since some people find out that there is unreachable spot for zombies in game, then if they found a spot like that, the player will be hurted.

There is two tower building in the map. There is a teleporter in rooftop of one of them, this will teleport you directly into the chopper.

What is a tower You can be transported on a attack helicopter (you must go on the rooftop of a tower !)?

No, this is an additional mod. You can play survival normaly and even Versus Survival (my favourite mod :)

Ah, its no problem, it looks very well, and you seem to have utilized Source well. Buggs will be in most Fan-made content, but so long as nothing is gamebreaking, its shouldnt be an issue.

EDIT : *I can tell you that the chopper have a little bug while you are on the gatling gun after 30sec but the terrain , house and feeling may be good :)

I really want to make a video, but i only did a awful Fraps movie which i didn't update on Youtube. However, a friend will do a video of my map but i don't know when he will do it and send it on Youtube. So sorry, currently i can't give a video. I can tell you that the chopper have a little bug while you are on the gatling gun but the terrain after 30sec, house and feeling may be good :) Then, it's a matter of taste.
