Da_Razor - I have set the storage capacity so that it is realistic in comparison to other storage buildings. It is however a number that you can easily change yourself :)

G.dot - It is up to date. You don't need to orry about yellow signs, as long as a mod has been updated in the last six months (last major game update was in September 2018). There have only been minor games updates since, none of which have caused any need for changes in this mod :)

G.dot - After activating the mod by checking it in the modifications menu and loading a save/starting a new game, the building is available in the castle category next to the castle market (as they have the same function)

Besse - Sorry for replying late to your question! The new villagers immigration ist not linked to a building, but to a certain trade partner that has to be discovered. Good luck :)

I had a look at my mods and yours make the bigger part of it...1-2 from csstoneburner, a few from sir foxy and thats pretty much it.
For a ressource megamod, I think you could take a look at the mods from annothek if you haven't yet.
anyway, take your time, after all it's just a hobby and im just glad your doing what you do :)

Bearghyl Slytonjoerd - Bist du schonmal mit dem Markt vom Grundspiel vertraut? Man kann alle Ressourcen handeln. Sie müssen nur zuerst mit Eseln zum Markt/Dock befördert werden, dann erst stehen sie zur Auswahl.

This is a neat concept. I played a lot of this game from really early in the alpha until just after the full release, but if I get back into it I'll be sure to use this.

Well, I can't see that in any of my games. Maybe you can make a screenshot for me of a spot where you can build the dock on land? That would help identify what seems to be the issue :-)

Yes is this and I use the smaller building footprint mod but only in fortifications. When I build the dock you can build all in the water or the land I see have the division on land and water in the square but don't working normally.

Hm, it doesn't do that in my game. Just in case I don't understand correctly - You are saying, that you can build the whole trade dock, with the house and the ship and the wooden bridge-like part, all on land? And that the green and blue squares aren't showing?
If that is true, could you please give some information if you are using the Smaller buildings footprint mod, or other mods of that kind.

It is normal that the whole tradeport can be built in the water, but only the house should be able to be built on land.

I explain. When you put the building, it does not mark where it is on land or in water, as does the fishing port. When you see the building you can put it in the water or everything on the ground. I do not know if it was the update but before I did it.

Kadeho - What exactly do you mean? The building part can (but doesn't have to) be on land, the rest must be on water.

It's not easy using the trade building (market or dock) for the first time, sadly I could do nothing to make the usage more intuitive. But I think after the first trade, you get the hang of it.

Just don't forget to use a packing mule to transport the goods you have bought to a storage building!

It Works the same as the Castle Market. You need a stable for pack mules and move goods to sell to the trade port. Then you can choose what you want to buy.

How does it work? I just built it and I can't figure out how to trade anything, and there doesn't appear to be anything in the building. How do I get stuff from the warehouse to the trade dock, or how do I get trades started? The drop down menu is blank. Also, I didn't see Wool in the trade for menu option. Halp!

K-Oz! - I am always open for new ideas, so if there is something else you would love in the game, don't hesitate to make a suggestion

rayrayyrayyy - What kind of decoration would you like to see? I asume that you are already using the "Town decorations" and "Big D Pack" mods. Annothek's "revolution" mod adds a load of deco items as well, although those are bundled with other major game alterations; I was thinking about asking permission to upload those deco objects along with a bunch of others as a deco pack. This would include lots of furniture, small building parts, and random stuff.

seahorse.16 - So happy to hear that my mods make the game more fun for you :-) I also have a lighhouse building still lying around, which I sadly can't seem to operate the way I originally intended, but it will soon be available.

The castle market bothered me from the beginning. We are on an island, yet at a building on our island we can buy resources that don't exist on our island. Meanwhile, if we want to get sheep, we need to build a huge expensive harbour and send a ship on a lenghty expedition. But we can buy wool on our own _island_ ... it just doesn't make sense to me.
That is why I made this building, it has the exact same functionality as the castle market, but is built on the shore and makes it look like we are doing trade with other lands.
