As for how the hud itself is done, i'd say you did pretty good. It just doesn't work as a Sonic hud in my opinion.

You really can't have a HUD themed around Sonic as a whole- Each game has a different theme to it so it would have to be based on a single game. What i would suggest straight up is a Forces hud, 06 hud as much as i hate to say it, or Unleashed hud. Which would work well, considering the Wolfhog has a HP bar.

well i did use a sonic hud texture, i might try it again but in the middle with it connected to the top

Curious, would the Toolbar look better if you flipped the bottom bar and placed it at the top against the edge of the screen
