love the mod, makes alchemy a bit easier, will there be versions for elves and beastfolk ingrediants, too?
Autisemus Prime 21 Jul, 2019 @ 1:30am

Autisemus Prime 21 Jul, 2019 @ 1:30am

Spirit Lanayru 12 Jun, 2018 @ 7:38pm
havent installed this mod (yet) but pertaining to briarhearts not dropping human hearts, in my last sesh, I got a BH that dropped both.
Victoryguard 1 Jul, 2016 @ 8:10pm
Ok, have noticed one bug of multiple samples - Bleak Falls Barrow Thomas carries three of each.
Victoryguard 12 May, 2016 @ 6:32am
@Rossy, don't forget that human heart is vital to super-poison, the other components being Jarrin Root and Blisterwort.
Rossy 24 Jun, 2015 @ 6:02am
@darkblue72 they're "human" body parts not elven or beast body parts that is my assumption at least i was wondering the same thing to start off with then i shrugged it off and decided that would be my excuse, because this mod makes it so much easier to get these items at any rate, so thumbs up for that at least
Phalanx 21 May, 2015 @ 9:12pm
elves and argonians dont drop hearts, only skulls and Im fairly certain they have hearts too
B16B3N10 7 Jan, 2015 @ 5:05am
So I love this mod, it's very useful as an alchemist. On one of my characters i recently started i'm a werewolf and i don't seem to be consuming hearts anymore, which if i'm not mistaken i need to level. i hope that this isn't because of this mod. but i was wondering if it's happened to anyone else?
Victoryguard 5 Dec, 2014 @ 12:14am
This mod is incredibly useful when I run a vampire character but, if someone wants to build a skeleton for their hearthfire house trophy roon this mod is helpful in that you can grab a skull off your kills without much fuss.
Demonic Piss Refining Master 25 Nov, 2014 @ 1:04pm
So it wasn't the doctor?
Just-Some-Menace 9 Nov, 2014 @ 6:15pm
i wonder if there was this on idiot who killed a warlock that dropped one and he found two and decided he had just killed the doctor
Vinnie Mack 7 Oct, 2014 @ 11:34pm
great with immersive game experience. Because wouldn't we find these things on a body in the real world?
Mekoides 26 Jun, 2014 @ 12:10pm
This doesn't require any DLC does it...? Otherwise, thanks for making this mod. Looks great.
Viggy 31 Mar, 2014 @ 6:27pm
what inventory mod are you using?
EnvyMe2010 20 Mar, 2014 @ 7:44pm
Now I can keep track of how many people I have killed.
jjb-54 23 Feb, 2014 @ 1:11pm
Having said the below - I just wanted to say thank you for this mod - very nice.

1 Thought I had - maybe to harvest them - you need the embalming tools (all of them), to complete the 'operations'??
jjb-54 23 Feb, 2014 @ 1:10pm
I've yet to have a Briarheart drop a Human Heart?

As to the post: "... but I think that getting them every time ..."

Well they have them to live, right?

I mean, logic 101 - every human needs a heart - skull and such to live. So you could always just not harvest them. It is your choice to harvest or not. But they have to be there, again for very logical reasons.

Quite obvious flaw with this mod, forsworn briarhearts drop human hearts. They obviously do not have a human heart, there is a hole in their chest.
JHoward821 28 Jan, 2014 @ 7:11pm
I need them for Sacrement armour
Hixbomb 5 Jan, 2014 @ 7:16pm
speak for yourself, i need them for the craftable blood potions mod
can't find hearts anywerar
Mugen 2 Jan, 2014 @ 9:37am
Nice Mod! But I think that getting them everytime is a little too much.
Gubbyfishy 5 Dec, 2013 @ 12:57pm
Now we just need a blood splattering effect coming out when you take one of the pieces! Fun!
Helbringr 4 Dec, 2013 @ 12:51am
any conflicts with other mods?
Hαze 25 Nov, 2013 @ 10:11pm
Do vampires fall under the category as well?
Victoryguard 21 Oct, 2013 @ 1:45am
@ Frodo, nice concept to work with, I'm kind of going with some things that were inspired by the London Calling albumn by The Clash for my character not slotted to test mods. Won't bore you with the details beyond the civil war being a culinary expierence which the Gourmet probably doesn't have a book out on Vampiric Noms ;-)

I make no promises as to how well it works, but I recall seeing this one that matches your description.

any mods that allow you to make foods with human flesh? i want to make a chef/cannibal character
Victoryguard 7 Sep, 2013 @ 8:43am
For all the food you sell and people you help on the road a vampire should be able to get a potion out of it. Thanks!
ServoBilly 6 Jul, 2013 @ 6:38pm
This works really well with the rage of the spirits skull hunting mod!
󠀡󠀡󠀡󠀡󠀡Beastblood 28 May, 2013 @ 9:21pm
In the Bandoliers mod, you can craft Dark brotherhood bandoliers and satchels. Problem being is that you need humans hearts to dye the leather its signature red color. I was like "where the balls do I get human hearts if they don't drop off actual humanoids." And here I find your mod. The short version is Thank you for making the mod. Long version is stated above.
Seraph 19 May, 2013 @ 6:37pm
Is it possible to do something like this for every race? Perhapes renamed animal teeth for Orc fangs, renamed Falmer ears for Wood, High, and Dark Elf ears, and perhapes horns for Argonians?
Skyrocitor 3 May, 2013 @ 10:39am
Lol just found a human heart on a necromancer and I thought, "Wait, why cant I take everyone's heart? I wonder if there's something for that on the workshop." Lo and behold, hrere it is. Thanks man.
michegamer 2 Feb, 2013 @ 10:03am
btw, that mod I mentioned below for those that are interested is "The Six Neew Mage Schools of the Hold" by dominic.gagne
michegamer 2 Feb, 2013 @ 10:01am
This is a great mod. I am a mage, and this totally helped me with Alchemy. Note: you can really jack-up Alchemy by using these hearts and skins for endless potion making. Use this in conjunction with the 6 Mage Schools mod which adds often Nord Mage hater encounters and Alchemy will go through the roof!
The 13Th Viking 2 Feb, 2013 @ 4:50am
cool
Bokken Boy 17 Nov, 2012 @ 4:13pm
goes well with soul gem cooking
Palorius 30 Sep, 2012 @ 12:46am
Quick question. I have a mod that adds hearts to all races and animals among other things (Dragon Dung) and have had a couple people ask me if it conflicts with this one. Do you alter the death items? If so, what strings have it? I have gone through every single line of random as well as scripted npc and altered their death items (as long as it was free) and was wondering how many you have altered. (is it random only or named as well?)

Thanks in advance
Gumnut 12 Aug, 2012 @ 8:30am
Thank you for a stable mod, I have about 130 active mods and 20+ unactive mods, The only ones dawnguard has messed with for me are [ VoidCraft ] Breezehome Invasion, Auto Unequipe Arrows(replace with Auto Unequipe Ammo) and one other i cant remember. Although most (80%) had to update there mods. Thank you once again for less work & more play for me.
Rokenian  [author] 4 Aug, 2012 @ 11:49pm
Yes, this can be added mid-game.
Fairy On Acid 4 Aug, 2012 @ 3:15am
yup! it finally arrived. next question, then. Is this the sort of mod that can be added mid game or does it have to come with a new game?
Rokenian  [author] 3 Aug, 2012 @ 11:21pm
@Abaddon Oh shit, Dawnguard came out on Steam? Well, I haven't gotten to that yet, then.
Fairy On Acid 3 Aug, 2012 @ 8:59am
is this compatible with dawnguard?
Septic 12 Jul, 2012 @ 2:22pm
Now if it were just a crime, that would be really cool. Great mod though.
Gumnut 29 Jun, 2012 @ 4:26am
Just what i need and I use a mod that reduses skulls into bone meal for crafting among other needs
The DAKOB 26 Jun, 2012 @ 4:20am
its skyui
Shatnasty 20 Jun, 2012 @ 6:05pm
what is that inventory mod
Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh 4 Jun, 2012 @ 5:00pm
SICK!
Grave 26 May, 2012 @ 10:51pm
@Quote: human hearts and flesh are quite rare in Skyrim despite the fact that, oh I dunno more then half the population is human. And human hearts and flesh are used in alchemy yet you cannot usually aquire them. This (brilliant) mod fixes that issue
Slammer-Man 20 May, 2012 @ 4:44pm
how is this supposed to be usefull
