I really liked the idea and enjoyed the intriguingly unique story from a perspective that isn't often addressed. However, there are some things that need ironing out, like missing IED traps, a lack of starting medical supplies (maybe intentional), some misspellings (minor critique) and something like winning/losing conditions to add some challenge. I appreciate the post and I'll check on it again next time around.
