I think it is because it has been made with PCM2017-version, so you can implement it with a PCM2017-game. I posted it here, because someone banned me from placing items in the 2017-workshop. I thought it would be working in PCM2016 too, but as you could see, it does not. On the other hand, it works surely with a PCM2017-game.
