Looks neat, would use it (a lot)! A trail of hearts would be a good idea or when you hit an enemy, a heart comes out of them / when you kill the enemy, they release hearts.

Just Some Stat Ideas:
On Headshot Explodes Hearts in a small radius That causes enemies to bleed
Bodyshots do -75% Damage
The more kills you get increases the explosion radius
Reload Speed increased by 25%
Charge Rate Decreased By 25%
Can fire an arrow while in the air
When you die the Explosion radius is returned to normal
-10% Reserve Ammo

I don't know if anyone has suggested this yet, but I think it should have a burst of hearts on hit or a trail of hearts when you shoot it.

maybe when you hit someone their screen goes all pink and wierd or when they see another player (doesnt matter) they have to constantly look at them for a short time

or mabe if its not a reskin it would be AWESOME if you shoot them and they are in teh bonked poitsion Accept instead of it saying bonk it has circling hearts or somthing :D

i dont see a reason not too. they dont have much reskins for sniper. for awesome stuff at least. all they really have is the Awp and that gets kinda boring. so sweet idea

And by heart i mean next to their left arm.

+ the target will become drugged
- 35% less damage
- you will hit yourself if fully charged over 6 seconds
+ 100% ammo capacity
- 20% charging speed
+ target slows the enemy with 40%

I say make it 50% less damage and none head shot at least. otherwise 2 headshots would still take out a overcharged heavy who becomes to drunk to do shit.

My opinion: Stupid idea

I think the design should be a different color would so people can diferentiate from the huntsman
