mod doesnt work. when I load into a game. bill comes up as an error

Rachel Folay is fine as a bot
she is often at the top of the leaderboard at the end of the game

Why would you ever make this for Bill before making it for Zoey or Rochelle is beyond me, but at least it's nice to see Rachel is available in some form.
