bonus when equipped: admin's voice is 200% higher picth (like the engi with the fly cosmetics)

If its eyes were cameras, the real administrator would be able to see what's going on more easily.

I don't think the item's paintability should repaint the doll's clothes. The Administrator and Miss Pauling always wear purple, them not taking sides in the RED vs BLU fake war is kind of the point, as they are pulling the strings behind the scenes.
Either remove the paintability or make the eyes of the doll paintable.

And make the white stripe in her hair more noticable.
