I was wondering how did you manage it to make the armor pieces and boy into one single model I tired but could never figure how to do it

Couldn't get the skeleton to work with the model I downloaded, and I don't have bloodborne's game files if I wanted to extract them myself. Aaand I haven't really been into SFM since 3ds max added fluid physics, rendering SFM ultimately obsolete
I could try porting it if the files are released, otherwise that's just too much work.
