I thought Germany was about mails controlling society? So therefore it makes sense for thm to use mail divisions. That or Hitler just really liked sending letters to die on the battlefeild.

It only works for yugoslavia, albania and USA, and you're using mail divisions as germany.

Germany already gets a "Komet sighted" event after researching rocket engines. I thought that was a pretty good referance, but this tops it.
