I do have something in mind for Gallia. Can't really give a timeline for it, however.
Unfortunately, @Erikmeister is no longer working on his Principality of Gallia mod anymore, so will Civ V modding work itself since he is already deserted to Overwatch, PUBG and CS:GO.
Only MooncatXVI will take over Erikmeister's Gallia mod so that he will improve it by adding Typhlomence's Diplomacy Text Template on it.
Also, MooncatXVI will head on to take over RSJ-87's Warhammer Fantasy mods as well since RSJ-87 is, I'm afraid, no longer works on them now.
"Hi. Just saying that I officially retired from Civ5 moddling because I currently busy on my Overwatch, PUBG and CS:GO projects. If you want to continue on my Civ5 mods project, please do so on contacting me. Cheers."
For that, it all falls to you that Erikmeister's Valkyria mod should be inherited soon, which that needs improving. Hope that all Valkyria civs are to be finished so that Warhammer civs will be next...
Try copy-pasting the URL for this mod onto Steam Workshop Downloader. Usually works.
For some reason I can´t dl the empire and atlantic federation on my steam.
Honestly, its true power was hard for me to gauge because Carthage would NOT. STOP. Declaring war on me and killing my trade routes. If I had to make a suggestion to nerf its power, I might suggest a fixed amount of additional trade routes instead of a percentage. Perhaps 1 or 2? Other than that it was a super blast to play!
Yeah, I was planning on taking another look at it for the next patch. Have any suggestions in mind?
Problem is, there's like three or four Gallia civs already on the workshop.
I had originally intended for the UU to be able to take cities, but it looks like just giving a unit invisibility prevents it from doing so. Invisible units can bring city HP to zero and can actually enter 0 HP cities, but it will not capture them.
Also, the one time Federal special forces were encountered in the VC games, they never had any intentions to actually take a city outright, so there is that.
Thank you! Unless this was sarcasm, in which case, do you have any suggestions on balance?
