"Try and use flat colors that are close to the TF color family that the base game uses. Try and avoid full black, full white, or fully saturated colors."

Yeah fuck this rule. I love this paint.

I personally do like the simplistic design of this. I'm not usually a fan of major patterns anyway.
But I will agree on one thing; The colors are a tad too solid. Muting the colors just a bit would make it more appealing. Grey that's just dark enough to be considered 'black', and grey just light enough to be considered 'white'. I don't care how much effort was put into it, as long as it looks good. But it just doesn't look right being this bright.

It looks like there was no effort put into it, and the jet black and bright white really strain your eyes. It also looks like a rendering failure.

I didn't mean you, I meant the people who only criticize based on effort which is plain stupid, I actually really appreciate constructive comments like yours, they give feedback and ideas for improvements and although I personally like the skin as it is, as the harsh contrast between the two colors was actually the point of this skin they're still helpful and nice to have.

@Salvage I don't know if you're addressing me, but I was saying that it needs a bit of improvement to look good, personally at least. There is a war paint on the workshop which is more detailed and looks better than this, so I think this needs a less harsh difference between the two colours, as I don't really think it looks good on many weapons.

Jesus some people are stupid, it doesn't matter a single bit how much effort was put into a warpaint but rather how it looks.

This is why i hate skins...

nice , how you make this skin?

I'd say the difference between the colours should be less harsh, like a white and dark grey, it looks good, just a little garish because of the difference between the bright white (could be dimmed a little?) and harshish black.
