Good job, the line infantry actually wore these hats back in 19th century japan.They were imperialist hats though.

Nice! I never liked the Line infantry hats. Then again it did encorage me to upgrade to imperial infantry

Actually I am no modder but I was hoping you could some how bring this up in Shogun II community about giveing the Japanse the more modern Uniforms like hte mod online accept it isnt in workshop -_-. SO............... I was hoping you could do something about that and even bring up brining in some prussian units with the pickelhaubl please becasue im tired of the brits and the french -_-

Awesome lot better then what they looked like, i know this is odd but is it possible to add musicians, such as drums,flut, etc with the modder? Not asking you to do it or anything just wondering if its possible. =]

can you create different variants of this like ones with tosa officer hats?

Could use backpacks for the feel of a long march for supplies and stuff.

I'd like to point out in reply to another poster that it most definately would not make sense for them to go into battle with backpacks, they would leave them in the baggage train if they knew they were about to be closely engaged with the enemy.
A big ass backpack full of rations, bed stuff, shaving gear, cooking equipment, would all be pretty useless and weigh you down in this scenario.

I feel this should be a seperate, elite unit. I also think that the pauldrons of the Captain should be reduced to the smaller version.

I think it could be improved if you gave them backpacks, so that it adds to the feel that they may be on a long campaign. Going into battle with nothing doesn't make any sense to me. But a good uniform nonetheless.

Yayz!!! the normal headwear beats the vanilla Fots bowl helmets anyday.
By the way is it possible to change the look of the generals or, better yet, the daimyo? if so you should definitely make a mod for them!
