Mh. The part I don't like it's the mag. I really feel like those chains are out of place. (btw the version I liked the most is the new one!). If you really want to change the mag try putting some vertical green runes (like the ones in the barrel) on it.

@Shumo's a fook: Maybe you can take a look now since I changed a hole lot of stuff. And maybe you find one of the two colors better than the old ones. And if you do so please tell me :)

It came out great the way you did it, but for future reference, I meant adding crack lines to the front of the barrel, like the power is seeping out... But this looks great! Maybe in a future post?

mate i love how much you worked on it and listened to advice from other people but have you considered that in case it doesnt get implemented that you put it as a download so people that love it can still use it

@Rancho Relaxer: Yo thanks for your comments! And sorry for the mess around here :). I’ll update the Preview-Screenie as soon as I’m happy with the result. So I made some changes to the forgrip & barrel: since I tend to overload my textures quite fast I took the glowing fx from the chains. So now it looks like they are engraved. Then I took your suggestion into account and gave the front of the barrel some flowers. And the barrel is now plastered with runes too. Hope you like the result. And yes the mags are skinable but I don’t know what to “paint” on atm.

@LORO0o: Nope currently it’s a work in progress so just updates. I’m still looking for ways how to improve this skin.
@Kyano: For the new screenshots I used the blue color again. But I’m not 100 % sure if this is the best color yet (like the green too)

So some people like the flowers, while others prefer the chains... Why not thorned flowers with the flowers blooming out of the skull's mouth?

Last thing I promise, can you update the main thumbnail to show the new green skull&chains? Your image still has the guns with just the runes in blue...

Oh! Is it possible to add any glow to the FRONT of the barrel?

I know it might be stupid to mention, but are the magazines at all paintable? They just seem kind of plain compared to the rest of the guns, that and the buttstock lacking the same runes as the barrel. Also have you added any runes for the scopes?

The green looks cool but I think the design you used for it is somewhat underwhelming. I like that flower design over the skull and chain design.

Looks truly epic with all designs you've given it so I'm all for it.

I personally like the Darker silver with the green Skull and Chain.

You may want to clean up the gallery of photos and the submission in general, though.

Wait which version of the texture is the Witch Hunters skin? The one with skulls & chains or the runic symbol one that looks awesome? (but could be even more awesome if the metal was ancient stone textured and the runic symbols had more hue to look like they were glowing through sorcery...)

@ DrakoSlay3R47 : Thanks for your input! Yepp i reworked the roses .... now its skull + chains. And I redone the silver (toned it down a bit) and changed the color (from cyan to "ghost" green).

I think the changes made are fine for the most part,
Just my two cents, but I'm not digging the new rose rune terribly. I'm also feeling that cyan doesn't really work all that well for the rune colors as it gets kinda lost. Maybe try a golden yellow to complement the side rails?

IMO the mismatched directions of the wood grain dont do it for me. You have nailed the metal textures though.

I like the metal, but the wood looks terrible on everything but the grips. I think it's because the grains don't match up, it would probably look better if they did, but I don't know if you can fix that because of the way materials get applied.
