Is it intended to see the occupants inside through a missing roof section in the larger thatched house.? This is next to the thatched porch.
Thanks for making them.

Dankeschön, das wird gleich ausprobiert! :D
Building costs for all mod houses have been adjusted to be lower than those of a small house. The sum of all ressources neccessary for building a mod house is now 100 (small house: cost 120, shack: 50 + shack upgrade: 50)

* This mod now contains an option for an alternative look of the thatched houses: A few years after construction, the roofs won't look as fresh and get aged and dirty (this option is not active by default)
YES, I will be adding this property to the vanilla houses as well, but creating that mod will take a bit more time
* russian translation was added. Thank you Lnt. Timchenko :-)

Timchenko :-)
About the stats:
- happiness and pregnancy chance are halfway between the extended shack and the small house
This is, of course, assuming that the stats of the vanilla buildings aren't changed by any mod.
(To be exact, pregnancy chance in all three mod houses is 18 and hapiness is 2.
Please do not take the description texts when building a vanilla house seriously. The happiness values of most buildings were changed when a game update introduces new happiness buildings, but the devellopers forgot to adjust the descriptions.
The upgraded shack and the small house both have a happiness of 2, not 10 or whatever it is the description suggests.)
About heating: warmth increase isn't currently an active factor in the game; this means the log cabins and thatch houses are equal to all other housing in this regard.
In the case of a fire, fewer buckets of water are needed to put out the fire.

Bei einem Brand werden weniger Wassereimer benötigt, um das Feuer zu löschen.
- accomodate 4 villagers each
- footprint 8x8 (If it is wanted, I could make a version of the houses with 10x10 tile footprints which would then be upgradable to a small house)
- cheaper to build than a small house; depending on what ressource you have more of, either the log house or the thatched house is better.
- happiness and pregnancy chance are halfway between the extended shack and the small house
I hope you and your villagers like the new homes, and as always, please report any problems that you may find, thank you!
Then I did some major decorating work and am now proud to present:
Two thatched houses and a log house.
Those are fully equipped as living houses with working smoking chimneys, food on the table, and all the modest furniture that the vanilla houses sadly lack.
Apart from the obvious drying underwear hanging on the porch fence, you will be able to distinguish the houses from their workplace counterparts by their weathered and lived-in appearance.
