- embellish on the textures to make it look like it's weathered (metallic luster, scuffs and scrapes, maybe make the handle wooden or synthetic, etc.)
- smooth out the polygonal geometry (though the current model could work for an LOD)
- make the red bits Team-Colored (Red/Blue for the lights, Orange/Yellow for the wires)
You really have something here, but it jut needs a little more work. Hope this is helpful.
