Howdy, great map & love your mods. However, when I last played this one in campaign as defender, I noticed half the towers do not fire their flame bolts even when manned. These are all on the outermost, first tier of walls so I thought they should be able to fire. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? Thanks again for the great work!

Did you played it in Siege Battle Mode? In Land Battle Mode that behavior is normal. Against AI, you're intended to play it in Siege Battle Mode.

Your map is very good,Is there any turret or an arrow tower in this map? Can turrets or turrets shoot arrows?

Oh maaan. Week ago i restored Kraka Drak with Grombrindals amry to tier 2 settlment and construct tier 2 walls. Then i was attacked by two Chaos armies not other then Everchosen and Everwatcher themselfs, both full stack of corse. I tought that i was doomed but when i enter in battle manualy i was suprised by the map, multiple walls, narow corridors and arty emplacments. But i still wasnt convinced that i could win this siege, with my full stack and tier 2 settlment and walls garrison vs heavy armored chosens, giants and hell cannos from Chaos armies. After 36 mins of battle i won losing only one unit of Miners, where 40 % of my infantry was half size, White bearded bastard have only a scratch of hp lost. As for Chaos i manage to criple both armies and to kill Everchosen with Grombrindal and Everwatcher with Dragonback Slayers, Dragonfire pass Warriors and that lost unit of ordinary Miners. I still cant belive that i won this battle...

So could you make a map that is not meant for AI and add a second tier of gatehouses? Is that possible?

The AI cannot understand two tiers of walls if there is a closed gate in the second tier. That's why they are broken. They are intended to work as bridges between shooting positions behind the main wall, not as gatehouses.

Okay, so I don't understand something. There are two tiers of walls and gates (so EPIC), but then the second tier of walls and gates are ruined by the fact that the second gates are at 100% damage already when you start the map. Why? They should be at full health like the first set. IT would be more loreful too. Can you explain to me why this is? And maybe change it? :D

@Zender Railed "No other mods active". That's the problem. this map requires the GCCM2 custom assets mod to work.

speaking of updates, i was actually here to report that it didn't load and needs one.

Can't provide more info unfortunately. No other mods active - i play consistently for hours with no issue in campaign or any other vanilla maps. the mod map is the only one crashing.

I know that maps don't work the same as mods, but it's only a matter of time before the maps really need an update to properly run.

@chubbyninja89 A map doesn't break after a patch. Only mods that change DB tables stuff do, so there is no need to keep checking if, after a patch, the map is still working. But you got a point with that about the "Outdated" warning.... I don't really like updating for the sake of updating, but... Maybe when I have some free time I'll update them.

Well, how do you know there are no bugs with a new patch or something then?

And a lot of people won't bother even trying a map that's out of date, and it won't matter if your map still works or not.

best map!!! my favourite!! especially when you have cataphs kraka drak mod...hope he ports it to WH2 soon!
