I think it would be better withiut the skull mask. You could replace the mask with a scarf or bandana on his neck. That would fit better in my opinion.

Nice work, but ignore cuttlefish.
For the love of god, don’t make it all class.
It fits really nicely on sniper though.

You should make this for each class, and each one should be unique, like...

- Scout's has shotgun shells in the hat
- Soldier's has a pair of cards
- Pyro's has a box of matches
- Heavy's has minigun bullets
- Demoman's mask has an eyepatch
- Engineer's has a box of nuts and bolts
- Medic's has a pair of test tubes and an electronic device
- Spy's has a few spare cigarettes
- Sniper's is the model seen here
