It still works. I'm having trouble "validating" my old mods. I just built a new pc. I may have to remake all of them. :/

Well it turns out there was a conflict with a mod I had made and it was cancelling yours out. Seems to work fine when I turn that mod off.

I probably need to update it. It's all tied to difficulty setting but it's the same "handicap" across the board. I wonder if they separated vortex from Mortal Empires or are using a different table. I'll look into it. I've spent most of my time lately just trying to get familiar with the changes "reading" the tables and trying to orient myself. It's not as straight forward as game 1 was. Too many overlapping things.

It might be a conflict with another mod. This is high priority but some people go nuts with that stuff. I try to make them as compatible as possible. That's what it sounds like the issue is.
