If you are talking about setting up a dedicated server, you should look up how to do that via a web search as there are plenty of resources out there regarding it. Simply search "setup a tf2 server" and you'll find a number of articles about how to do so, including how to add sourcemod/metamod to your server.
In either case, if you need more information about how to do all that or are looking for something more specific, you'll need to look it up online yourself. There are plenty of decent guides out there for it. Hope this helps.
Alternatively, you can play the map by yourself with bots locally, but you'll need to look up a guide for how to do that.
If you are talking about how to set it up on a server, you will likely need to add the map name to your map list some place in your server configuration (maplist.txt or mapcycle.txt) or, if you're using Sourcemod, you'll need to add the map name to your mapchooser plugin's map file (assuming it supports workshop maps, some mapchooser plugins have a difficulty with those still).
This all assumes that you know how to access console or that you have some understanding of server-side configuration for Source games like TF2. If you are not sure how to setup a server or open the in-game console for TF2, you will need to look online for guides to help you out.
