Playing as the TK. Reliability is stuck on "very low" for 50+ turns. This doesn't enable any better diplomacy success rate for me.

I'm working a less cheaty version. This one will let you make a military alliance with Naggarond on turn 1... Good for overcoming bad glitches mid campaign or crappy situations where 200 turn ally decides to turn coat.
