I love this. I was just fighting Delirium and found it kind of hard because I was jamming to the awesome music. :D
Also the pink blood is great. Amazing job!

I can't see my HP while playing as the forgotten when I use this mod ( he uses bone hearts)
Is this still being worked on or is it just my game that's acting up a bit?

I rather enjoyed this mod, but since the update to BoI, this mod in particular causes crashing. I've not encountered the same issue with other mods. I thought it worth bringing to your attention.

dont know if this is a bug but there are a lot of blood things that are still red like when you shot or use the book of bilael from judas and stuff... .-.

neat idea and looks fine. However, for me, it does not replace all background music, only in devil room, arena rooms and in the third floors. Rest have either their regular music or are completely silent.

Fanny Pack appears in red color, with black square in background.
Deal with the Devil room has no BGM for some reason (i looked in folder, but music is there). So much despair...
If Mom's items is references to Enoshima, maybe Mom's Wig must have tails?
