you could create a mod to remove items after death, its working principle is quite simple, but it would give a completely different approach to the game, if all items from the inventory were completely removed after death, it would create a positive circulation of weapons and armor, which would equalize the balance of resources and items in large modpacks

As of posting this, the below mod intentionally does not support FU, so it may not qualify as an "updated version", depending on your needs.

Although this mod seems extremely useful, it'd be nice if we got an update for the Starforge, those armors are so cool.

I'm going to reach out to the mod author to see if I can use their files to update the mod. If they will not allow it, I will make a supplement mod to add some of the mods you all have been requesting. I'll start from the top down, so I will work on Project Knightfall and go down the list.

If you start upkeeping mod this again, could you please add augment slots to the Project Knightfall mod armors. (love this mod by the way)

Does the break anything in FU besides descriptions?

The old mod by Raine also allowed vanity back items to have augments. Is that still the case with this?

If you have a large modpack I highly recommend not to install this mod, as it breaks quite a few items will likely crash more often than without it lol

@cunior it does work with FU, but it messes up the item info page, reverts it to the vanilla style. It still displays the armor bonus information, but not the item tier.

I think I found the reason of glitches in UI -- the problem applies only to back items, since for some reason this mod changes backpack tooltip with it's own unique background. Perhaps it worked with some mods the author had, or it was made by mistake, but in my build backpack items do not actually need to have their backgrounds replaced, as they already have a place for an augment slot.
I made a quick hotfix for my build, that restores original backgrounds, and it totally fixed the mod for me. Perhaps @hebiohime could fix the original file, otherwise I can upload the hotfix into Steam Mods.

I am playing with FU and while this mod is great to play with in my opinion it also comes with the drawback of making some things outright unreadable and not just hard to read.
I wish either this mod would get updated (which won't happen) or that someone could either fix the UI issues by creating a patch or making their own version without this issue.

I can confirm it mess up a little bit the armor UI. No real gameplay change but still, would be nice to have that fixed. Or someone makes a patch, I have zero idea how to do it.

Messes up tooltips quite a bit.

For some reason this mod breaks the UI scaling, making it impossible to change the size of your UI. It also seems to break some armors as well, making the background of the description very off. (you have the background box, and then you have the text and all the info below (and outside of) the box.

scope@ for your information yes i have encountered the bug where i can't use augments from knightfall mod so and there are probably more people with same problem but aren't making comments about it so the modders know. of course they find out about this if they can of course.

Seems that Arcana needs support for its armors.

For some unknown reason it stopped working with the items from Knightfall mod. Has anyone encountered this bug? Is this a known issue?

Hi, it seems like this mod currently breaks the text on frackin armor descriptions. I honestly didn't really check the inventory preview for them which has it's own custom UI panel on mouse hover, but it was causing text to be sort of rendered atop one another on the crafting list description for the armors.

Hi! It doesn't seem to work with Frackin' Universe for whatever reason. There's a few sets of armors that just wouldn't allow me to slap augments on them. Works on the vanilla game stuff still, though.
