I noticed you got some graininess in your Source Filmmaker image, Aquatic Pyro, it's an easy issue to take care of, right click in the Camera Viewport, click render settings, and there will be two drop-down boxes that say "Use Camera Settings", if you click the first one, and set it to the highest number (1024), all the grain will be gone. The higher the number, the longer the image will take to render, however.

Very amazing work, but it's highly unlikely that Valve will add this due to a. Valve rarely adding weapons and b. Extremely unfitting of the Pyro's concept of igniting people.

I basically have not seen a better suggestion for a pyro set. Honestly, I think that, purely as an idea, it has some serious weight to it. There's a lot of room for Valve to take this idea and mould it however they choose. We don't have ice related weapons in TF2 yet (aside from the spycicle, but that doesn't apply ice effects) so this set offers the chance to create a new playing experience, not just for the pyro, but for the other classes which will have to adapt to this radical pyro set.
The only problem I can see with the Cold-Hearted Arsonist set is that there's a /lot/ of canonical baggage to it. If this set does get implemented, Valve wouldn't be able to have just a single-page promotion for it. You can't have just one page to explain why the fire-loving pyro would be so open to a change of this magnitude. (That said, the pyro doesn't say anything, so trying to explain motivation would be a challenge on its own, I guess.)
