I subscribed to this mod and there is nothing in the folder. Is there a way to resolve this?

Try the 'Clean Solution' button first, and then save-restart modbuddy.

That it is... It occurs at other occasions too but the usual save- close. reopen directly fix doesn't seem to fix the packaging issues. It's weird because iserting the build into my MODS folder provides no problems at all.

Is it the infamous MSB2017 7zip error?

I was actually made aware of this a while ago, sometimes in all the hours of modding something like forgetting to add a simple "-" can have pretty huge consequences. Despite knowing this, however, I have not been able to get the updated modfile out there because for some reason my Modbuddy kit doesn't let me upload new files for the Hoshido mods. Maybe this is a good thing though, since the real draw of the UA is the food on specialist and that might've been a little too powerful without a drawback. I will keep trying to update the mod with the fix thoug, and if anyone might know a possible fix for this; feel free to message me.

Gotta say that the trait is written so that it causes the civilization to yield additional unhappiness. Use negative numbers to reduce unhappiness from citizens.

Fits my playstyle perfectly. Usually I tend to suffer from food issues when focusing on specialists early on but her UA is perfect to counter that. Kind of sad to see her get demolished every time as AI though :P
